Different smells can induce different feelings and sensations within us, as well as journey us back to our memories and recollections.

During ceremonies, sacred rituals and holy places, you will always find a therapeutic smell released in the ambience. Whether it’s from essential oils, insense sticks or sage. It has a way of making us feel at home, at ease and relaxed. ‘’In a July 2013 study, women who smelled clary sage experienced reduced blood pressure and breathing rates; they were also able to relax during a stressful medical exam. Sage is also known to increase our memory and attention’’ This is sage, used during a Native-American Sun Dance ceremony In Brazil.

‘’The Journey Within’’ was a workshop hosted by Holistic and NLP coaches David & Paul D’ Ambrosio and Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Spirit Coach Nathalie Daccaach.

During this workshop guests were invited to experience breathing exercises which have been known for centuries to purify our blood and release deposits from the lungs, bring clarity and release natural energy throughout the body.

The coaching workshops were a mixture of what it means to be healthy not just from eating, but creating a balanced lifestyle that can then help overcome the many disempowering identity roles we sometimes play.

So how do we nurture the seed of our potential when confronted with the gremlin? What shift needs to take place to reaffirm that where we are and how we’re currently progressing is ok!

How will the colour I’m wearing effect the person that I’m talking? When we understand that we can make our own judgements about how we present ourselves.
